Data Deletion Request
You can request the permanent deletion of your NeighboursLoop account and all data associated with it. Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
Email us at hello@neighboursloop.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
What gets deleted
When your request is processed, we permanently remove:
- Your account information, including login and contact details.
- Your profile data, such as your name, photo, and address.
- Any content associated with your account, including items, messages, and reviews.
Timeframe
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of being received. You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
